I've been working for other organizations thinking I could support them with their growth. Great for me because I could grow too! It seems though that when some people and organizations say they want to grow, it means they want things different without doing anything different. I've been in this boat too. That's how I'm able to recognize it.
The difference that I see is that when there is a plain as day solution, the other organizations are threatened as if people are out to get them. Granted, there are reasons for these people and organizations to think this because other people don't have the organizations best interest in mind.
I believe it is time for me to venture out on my own rather than lifting someone else's organization up. It is time for NuReach. :)
